为了让每位准妈妈都能在安全、舒适的情况下完成拍摄，请于预约前仔细阅读以下事项。

拍摄建议周期

为了兼顾拍摄效果及孕妈妈的身体状况，我们建议于以下孕期进行拍摄：

• 单胞胎妈妈：怀孕 30–36 周

• 双胞胎妈妈：怀孕 25–32 周

超过以上建议周期，基于安全及身体状况考量，本工作室将无法安排拍摄预约。

由于孕妇写真除了讲究肢体线条与画面美感，更重要的是妈妈与宝宝的安全。若孕期已接近生产、出现水肿、行动不便或身体容易疲劳，请务必提前告知我们。

拍摄过程中

孕妇写真需要妈妈适当地配合摄影师的姿势引导，让照片呈现最自然、最优美的状态。

若拍摄前或拍摄过程中出现任何身体不适、头晕、宫缩、体力不支等情况，请立即通知摄影师，我们将立即暂停拍摄，以妈妈与宝宝的安全为第一优先。

可携带拍摄道具

欢迎携带属于您们的小回忆，让照片更具意义，例如：

家庭成员一同拍摄

欢迎准爸爸及孩子一起参与部分拍摄，不另收取费用。

孕妇写真仍以孕妈妈为主要拍摄对象，因此不会提供大量全家福拍摄或要求增加家庭照片张数。

建议家庭合照准备便服（需自备），也可拍摄简约风格，例如：

• 白色上衣

• 牛仔裤

• 裸肩或裸身艺术风格（依个人接受程度）

统一服装色调，更能呈现温馨自然的画面。

如有年幼孩子同行，请确认爸爸或其他家人能够协助照顾孩子，让妈妈能够安心完成拍摄。

特殊情况说明

若因医疗因素、不幸终止妊娠而无法拍摄，只需提供医院证明，即可申请取消预约并退还已支付订金。

若因早产或其他突发因素无法依原定日期拍摄，我们可协助将订金转至：

• 新生儿写真

• 宝宝成长照

• 全家福摄影

由于档期已预留，除上述特殊情况外，订金恕无法退还，敬请理解。

Maternity Photoshoot Guidelines

To ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for every mother-to-be, please read the following information carefully before your session.

Recommended Pregnancy Stage

For the best photographic results and the safety of both mother and baby, we recommend scheduling your maternity session during the following weeks:

• Single Pregnancy: 30–36 weeks

• Twin Pregnancy: 25–32 weeks

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings beyond the recommended pregnancy period due to safety considerations and the increased possibility of swelling, fatigue, or discomfort.

Our priority is always the health and safety of both mother and baby.

During the Photoshoot

Our photographer will guide you through simple and comfortable poses to capture your most beautiful and natural moments.

If you experience any discomfort, dizziness, contractions, fatigue, or feel unwell before or during the session, please inform us immediately. We will stop the session whenever necessary, as your safety always comes first.

Props You May Bring

Feel free to bring meaningful personal items to make your maternity photos even more memorable, such as:

• Baby clothes

• Ultrasound scan photos

• Jewellery

• Soft toys

• Pets (please inform us in advance)

• Any other sentimental items

If you have a preferred photography style or inspiration, you're welcome to discuss it with your photographer before the session.

Family Participation

Your partner and children are welcome to join part of the photoshoot at no additional charge.

Please note that this is primarily a maternity portrait session, with the focus on the expectant mother. Therefore, the package does not include extended family portrait coverage or additional family photo requests.

Family photos are recommended in your own casual outfits. Simple colour coordination, such as white tops and denim jeans, creates a timeless and elegant look.

If you are bringing young children, please ensure that your partner or another family member can assist in taking care of them, allowing the mother to enjoy the photoshoot comfortably.

Special Circumstances

If your pregnancy is unfortunately unable to continue due to medical reasons, a full deposit refund may be arranged upon presentation of an official medical certificate or hospital documentation.

If you are unable to attend due to early delivery or other pregnancy-related circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to another AF Photo Studio session, including:

• Newborn Photography

• Baby Portrait Session

• Family Portrait Session

As your appointment time is specially reserved, deposits are generally non-refundable except under the special circumstances stated above.

AF Photo Studio reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all bookings and policies.

• 请照顾好自己的身体，保持健康状态，让自己以最好的状态迎接拍摄。

拍摄前一晚

• 睡前避免饮用过多水分，以减少隔天眼睛及脸部浮肿。

• 建议敷一片保湿面膜，让肌肤保持最佳状态，上妆效果也会更加自然服贴。

头发与个人整理

• 请于拍摄前一天将头发清洗干净，避免头发过于油腻，以方便造型师设计发型。

• 请整理腋下毛发，如有需要，也可适当修整私密部位毛发，以便拍摄不同造型时更加自然美观。

• 若平时有配戴放大片（美瞳）习惯，可自行准备，让双眼更加有神。（非必要）

服装准备

建议携带：

• 自己喜欢的服装

• 高跟鞋或搭配鞋款

• 首饰、帽子等配饰

• 漂亮的内衣裤（如蕾丝款式）

• 宝宝衣服、超声波照片等具有纪念意义的小物品

拍摄当天建议穿着：

• 浅色无肩带内衣、胸贴／乳贴。

• 肉色低腰内裤。

拍摄当天

• 请先享用早餐，保持充足体力。

• 保持轻松愉快的心情，相信摄影师及造型师的专业引导。

• 若您有喜欢的拍摄风格、参考照片或任何想法，欢迎主动与摄影师沟通，我们会尽力为您实现理想中的作品。

• 拍摄过程中请大胆表达您的想法，好的作品需要摄影师、造型师与您的共同配合。

卸妆用品

如拍摄结束后需要卸妆，请自行准备：

• 卸妆油或卸妆水

• 保养品及个人护肤用品

其他温馨提醒

• 建议拍摄前可浏览杂志、Pinterest、Instagram 等作品，参考自己喜欢的姿势与风格，让拍摄更加自然。

• 请勿携带过多物品或贵重物品，以免增加拍摄负担或遗失。

• 当月生日寿星拍摄，可获赠 1 张专业精修照片。

• 为维护拍摄品质及摄影棚空间，摄影棚恕不开放陪同参观。如有携带幼童，请仅安排一位家属陪同协助照顾。若因陪同人员影响拍摄流程或进度，本工作室恕不负责，敬请配合。

Before Your Maternity Photoshoot

To help you achieve the best possible results, please read the following reminders before your session.

A Few Days Before Your Session

• Avoid spicy, oily, or heaty foods such as hot pot, mala dishes, durian, and fried foods.

• Avoid staying up late and make sure you get enough rest to reduce the chances of acne, fatigue, dark circles, or dull-looking eyes.

• Keep yourself healthy and well-rested so you look your best on the day of your photoshoot.

The Night Before

• Have a good night's sleep.

• Avoid drinking too much water before bedtime to minimise facial or eye puffiness the next morning.

• We recommend applying a facial mask to keep your skin hydrated and glowing.

Hair & Grooming

• Wash your hair the day before your session. Clean hair allows our hairstylist to create the best hairstyle.

• Please shave your underarms and trim your pubic hair if necessary, especially if your selected outfits may reveal those areas.

• If you wear contact lenses, coloured or enlarging contact lenses are recommended to make your eyes appear brighter and more expressive.

Outfit Preparation

We recommend bringing:

• Your favourite outfits

• High heels or matching shoes

• Accessories such as jewellery or scarves

• Beautiful lingerie if you would like to create elegant or artistic maternity portraits

For the photoshoot, we recommend wearing:

• A light-coloured strapless bra

• Nipple covers (if required)

• Nude-coloured low-rise underwear

• A front-button shirt on arrival for easy changing

• Loose-fitting underwear to minimise pressure marks on the skin

Before the Photoshoot

• Have breakfast before arriving to ensure you have enough energy throughout the session.

• Browse magazines, Pinterest, Instagram, or celebrity maternity photos for inspiration.

• Feel free to practise your smile and poses in front of a mirror if you'd like to feel more confident.

During the Photoshoot

Our professional makeup artist will create a personalised hairstyle and makeup look that complements your skin tone and personality (for packages that include makeup).

Relax, enjoy the experience, and don't be afraid to share your ideas with our photographer and makeup artist. Great photographs are created through teamwork and open communication.

The more relaxed and confident you are, the more natural and beautiful your photos will be.

Additional Information

• If you need to remove your makeup after the session, please bring your own makeup remover and skincare products.

• Please avoid bringing too many personal belongings or valuables.

• Guests are generally not permitted in the studio due to limited space. If you are bringing young children, only one accompanying family member is recommended to assist with childcare.

• Clients celebrating their birthday during the month of the photoshoot will receive 1 complimentary professionally retouched photo.
